Damaged or Missing Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you have received the wrong item. We will work with you as fast as we can so that we may resolve the issue.
Please attach a picture or video of the damaged or missing product(s) and explain what is wrong in a few sentences to support@mountain-creationsllc.com.
If damages are accepted through the support email we may either remedy the situation by sending you a replacement product or with a full refund.
We wish we could control how products are handled through the shipping processes, but things happen and we would love to ensure 100% satisfaction with everything we do here at Mountain Creations!
